The Supervisory College of the WAMU Banking Commission held its 131st session on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at the premises of the headquarters of the Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO) in Dakar (Senegal) , under the chairmanship of Mr. Jean-Claude Kassi BROU, Governor of the BCEAO. 

At the end of the deliberations, the Supervisory Authority took several decisions concerning in particular the situation of the institutions subject to it as well as the applications for approval, prior authorization or derogation submitted by credit institutions. The WAMU Banking Commission has also validated the preventive recovery plans of systemically important banking institutions subject to its control.
