The Supervisory College of the WAMU Banking Commission held its 143rd session at the headquarters of the Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO) in Dakar (Senegal) on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, under the chairmanship of Mr. Jean-Claude Kassi BROU, Governor of the BCEAO.

At the end of the deliberations, the Supervisory Authority notably took decisions relating to the situation of establishments summoned for hearing as part of disciplinary procedures.

Furthermore, the Banking Commission ruled on requests for exemption from prudential standards, submitted by a subject institution.
