The Supervisory College of the WAMU Banking Commission held its 138th session on Monday, December 18, 2023, at the premises of the Main Agency of the Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO), in Cotonou (Benin), under the chairmanship of Mr. Jean-Claude Kassi BROU, Governor of the BCEAO.

At the end of the deliberations, the Supervisory Authority took several decisions relating in particular to the situation of the institutions subject to the regulation as well as to requests for prior authorization submitted by credit institutions.
