The Supervisory Board of the WAMU Banking Commission held its 144th session on Monday 16 December 2024 at the premises of the Main Branch of the Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO) in Bamako (Mali), under the chairmanship of Mr Jean-Claude Kassi BROU, Governor of the BCEAO.

At the end of its deliberations, the Supervisory Authority took decisions relating to the situation of institutions called to a hearing as part of disciplinary proceedings. Cases requiring approval were also examined.

In addition, the Supervisory Authority has decided on the updated list of systemically important banks.
